📣 Promote Your Participation
HOW TO PROMOTE YOUR PARTICIPATION?

We're thrilled to have you on board as an exhibitor at the upcoming All-Ireland Business Summit on June 12th at the iconic Croke Park. As a valued partner, we want to help you get the most out of your participation in the event.

Your Media Folder

To help you promote your involvement, we have created exclusive promotional assets for your business, including a video, website copy, and graphics that you can use to showcase your presence at the event. You should have received a folder with these materials from our event coordinator, Kelly Justin via email at [email protected].

If you haven't received your marketing materials or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Kelly at [email protected] or by calling 083 204 5198.

Here are some pre-event promotional ideas that you can use to maximize your exposure and generate interest in your brand:

  • Social Media: Use the video, graphics, and text provided in your media folder to announce your participation on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & TikTok. Be sure to include relevant hashtags such as #aibfsummit and tag us using the information listed below so that we can find and share your experiences too. (We will also be running a competition to reward some of the best and most colourful posts).
  • Website Content: Publish a blog, press release, or news section on your website using the suggested copy we have provided. This will help drive traffic to your site and generate buzz about your involvement in the event.
  • Email Marketing: Send a newsletter to your clients or subscribers announcing your participation in the All-Ireland Business Summit. You can also include a call-to-action to encourage them to attend the event and visit your booth.
  • VIP Ticket Giveaway: As part of your package, you have the option to give away one VIP ticket to the event. We invite you to create a competition on your social media pages, asking people to like, share, or comment on your post to enter. The winner can then be announced on your page, and you can provide their details to [email protected] to issue a VIP pass under your company name.

👥 Your Business Showcase Stand
As part of the package created for our partners, sponsors and exhibitors, you will be provided with the following items for your showcase stand:

1 - Trestle Table, 1 - Table Cloth (Black), 2 - chairs, 1- Plug Point, Free Wi-Fi

You will be able to bring 2 pull up-banners or 1 larger curved banner to feature behind the table or within your stand area.

You will have been informed upon booking whether your stand location is in:

A - Main Hogan Foyer - Premium
B - Corridor - Business Support Zone




Please Note: There is no shell scheme (booth structures) or stand numbering due to the open plan layout.Delegates will find you very easily Delegates will find you easily thanks to the linear layout.

🎟️ Tickets: How many people can staff and attend the summit from our stand?
The number of representatives per booth varies based on your sponsorship package.

To book tickets for your colleagues, please use the VIP link provided and add their names, emails, and titles. Please select the 'Summit Sponsors & Exhibitors Ticket' option when booking.

Please note: When booking tickets, please provide the name, email, and title of each attendee so that tickets and app links can be directly emailed to them.

⏰ When is exhibitor set-up time and tear-down for the summit?
Exhibitors will be allowed to set-up stands the evening beforehand on 11th June 2024 at approx. 8pm -9.30pm (exact times to be confirmed nearer the date) and on 12th June: 6.30am - 7.30am.

All Stands must be fully set-up prior to registration by no later than 7.30am on 12th June.

Exhibitors must wait until 5.00pm before breaking-down their stands.
📦 Deliveries
If you are having items delivered to the venue (ie. marketing material), please make sure they are delivered no later than the 8th June 2024 before 5 pm to Suite 674 and are clearly marked for the All-Ireland Business Summit along with your company name.

The Croke Park Conference Centre is only accepting deliveries from Friday the 3rd of June. If you wish to send a delivery to us before this date please contact Kelly on [email protected].

Please see your Personalised Information Folder for the Delivery Label which must be used for all deliveries and is clearly displayed on each item. Please note that the venue will not accept any item that does not feature the required labeling and may result in it being returned.

Please make sure to use the PDF provided by Croke Park to send any deliveries for the Summit.

🎁 Sponsored Prizes
We invite all exhibitors to consider sponsoring prizes for the various fun competitions that run on the day. It’s a great way to profile your company and could perhaps include a product, service, or sponsored gift.

⚽ Getting To Croke Park
From the City Centre Driving from O’Connell Street in the City Centre, follow the signs for the N1 North onto Dorset Street and Drumcondra Road. At the railway bridge overpass on Drumcondra Road, turn right onto Clonliffe Road. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto Jones’ Road for the Hogan Stand.

From the Airport/North Follow directions for the city centre. Just before the railway overpass at the end of Drumcondra Road Lower, turn left onto Clonliffe Road. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right onto Jones’ Road for the Hogan Stand.

Arriving By Foot

Croke Park is just a 15 minute walk from the City Centre. You may enter through the reception area on Jones Road (opposite The Croke Park Hotel).

Arriving By Train

The closest railway station is Drumcondra at the intersection of Drumcondra Road (N1) and Clonliffe Road, a 5 minute walk from the stadium.

The closest DART stations are Connolly and Clontarf. Connolly is a 15-20 minute walk and Clontarf a 20-25 minute walk to the stadium. The closest LUAS & Intercity Rail stop is also at Connolly Station. For further information visit Iarnród Éireann.

Arriving By Bus

Take the No 3, 11, 11a 16, 16a and 41 from the City Centre to Drumcondra Road. For further information visit Dublin Bus.

Arriving By Bike

Croke Park is just a cycle from the City Centre. The nearest Dublin Bike station is located on North Circular Road. For further information visit Dublin Bike.
🅿️ Parking
Free car parking is available in the Davin Car Park. This is located close to the North Circular Road and is accessed via St Margaret's Avenue. Here, there is pedestrian access onto Jones' Road / Russell St to the main entrance to the Hogan Stand (on Jones' Road, opposite the Croke Park Hotel).
