Gathering to announce the line-up for the upcoming All-Ireland Business Summit taking place at the Croke Park venue on May the 10th, the audience were treated to an experience just as memorable as the backdrop itself.
Organised by the All-Ireland Business Foundation, its annual flagship gathering will welcome over 500 business leaders and innovators hailing from across the 32 counties for the one-day event that features exhibitors, networking opportunities and valuable business insights.
The event programme includes an impressive array of speakers including mentalist and subconscious mind specialist, Keith Barry; professional boxer Jason Quigley; performance psychologist, Gerry Hussey; leading beauty industry innovator, Aimee Connolly: former HSE CEO Paul Reid and broadcaster Ivan Yates.
The Summit will also introduce the positive mental health initiative ‘The Elephant In The Room’ with one of its founders, Brent Pope presenting one of the sessions ahead of its national rollout in May. Attendees can expect to see several of the initiative's colourful ‘herd’ on display, highlighting the significant impact that attendees can make within their own businesses and organisations.
Also joining the stage is Guinness World Record holder of the Highest Harp Concert, Siobhan Brady, who will be performing a number of compositions ahead of her upcoming departure to climb and perform with Ireland’s national instrument on the summit of Africa’s highest peak, Kilimanjaro, in July.
In addition to the wide range of speakers and performers, the 2023 All-Ireland Business Summit will also recognise long-standing accredited members of the Foundation's Business All-Star Accreditation Programme.
The programme, which has welcomed over 2,500 participants since 2014, recognises and profiles Irish companies and individuals that have distinguished themselves in the conduct of their business.
Elaine Carroll, CEO of the All-Ireland Business Foundation, expressed her excitement about the upcoming event, stating "This year’s Summit explores a number of themes around business performance, leadership, and excellence, and the mindset needed to achieve them. It's the gathering of people, the diverse representation of the SMEs from across the whole island and the connections that are made on the day, that are at the core of the Summit's ever-growing success."
Sports commentator and mental health advocate Brent Pope commented on the inclusion of ‘The Elephant In The Room’ initiative, stating, "It is fantastic to be part of this year’s event to talk about something vitally important - The Elephant In The Room - that is, acknowledging and supporting positive mental health across all workplaces and communities."
